School Meals

Dolce is the catering company who provide our school meals, all meals are fresh and prepared and cooked each day on site.

If you would like your child to have school meals, you will need a School Grid account. School Grid is the software provider that Dolce use. Please provide the school office with your email address. You will then receive an email from School Grid, with all of your necessary login details. By accessing School Grid online, you will be able to pre order meals, view recipes, allergens, ingredients and make payments. 

Payment is easy and must be paid in advance as Dolce does not offer any credit facility. You can choose to pay online, by telephone with a debit/credit card or by Direct Debit as detailed below.

If your child is in Reception/KS1 then you are entitled to Universal Free School meals. This will automatically be set up on your account as free, all other features can be used as normal.

You may still be eligible for benefit related Free School Meals, if you are in receipt of benefits and do not get Working Tax Credit you may be entitled to claim Free School Meals for your child/children. If entitled to free school meals your child/children will also receive free milk, as well as the school receiving additional funding. This allows us to provide more resources and extra staffing to help children achieve their full potential. So please contact your Local Authority to find out. The Local Authority will then inform us and we will update your account to Free School Meals.  Even if your child is in reception, year 1 or year 2, or doesn’t eat school meals, please claim if you are entitled.
