This week, our Year 4 students embarked on an exciting educational trip to the JORVIK Viking Centre in York. The visit was filled with engaging activities and fascinating discoveries about Viking history and culture.
The students were thrilled to explore the interactive exhibits and displays, which provided a vivid glimpse into the life of Vikings. A highlight of the trip was the opportunity to see and learn about real Viking weapons. Some students even had the chance to hold these historic artefacts, making the experience all the more memorable.
Everyone had an incredible day filled with learning and fun. This trip not only deepened their understanding of history but also sparked a keen interest in the Viking era. Peel Hall would like to thank the JORVIK Centre for providing such a fantastic educational experience.
